NANNI 3-cyl diesel engine, sail drive leg, folding props. in REDCLIFFE, Queensland for sale

We are selling a Nanni 3 cylinder diesel engine model 3-75HE 143001 with matching saildrive leg (?NE 21) and FOLDING PROP 15X14 pitch blades.
Comes with spare blades 15X11 pitch easily fitted.
The exhaust water injection manifold (see photos) is u/s and needs to be replaced with the BRAND NEW one we bought a few weeks ago- never used (cost over $400).
Also included is BRAND NEW prop anode- never fitted.
Also included free is the used fibreglass moulded base which makes installation into a vessel extremely simple. (correct engine angle, correct height and engine mount locations). One of these would cost around $1000 by itself.
For anyone building a boat or wanting a suitable repower of existing boat this engine is a breeze to replace. Cut the appropriate oval hole (for the saildrive leg) into the hull, position the fibreglass base over it and fibreglass (epoxy) in place.
HISTORY and USAGE
This engine was in a yacht which predominantly sailed in races and wags and sags all the time (very dedicated sailor) and engine was only used to get out of and into marinas, so it has had limited use. Vessel was not used nor set up for cruising. Genuine and known history of use available if needed.
INSPECTION
You can see and hear this diesel engine running, it is mounted onto a timber cradled frame with wheels and casters for maneuvering around. It's set up with instrument panel for keystart all ready to go.

With a new replacement price of over $11,000 plus the fibreglass base plus cost of a folding prop, plus spare blades, this sale represents a fair price and will probably sell quickly.
Reason for selling.
Purchased to fit into a catamaran, but unable to source a matching engine to suit. Changed plans for Cat. powerwise.
